Please visit our forms page to download the CCS, CCPS, RADI / CADC-I / CADC-II manuals, study guides or 12 core functions book. - Meet all requirements of the CADC-I
- Provide documentation of 6,000 hours or three (3) years full-time supervised work experience as an alcohol and drug counselor (supervised by at least a CADC-II)

- Submit appropriate fees
- CADC II is an IC&RC reciprocal credential and requires that the certificant live and/or work in the state a minimum of 51% of the time.
