Although you are still obtaining the education and experience you will need to advance in your profession, becoming a Registered Recovery Worker with CAADAC will give you instant recognition with employers and colleagues. Registering with CAADAC demonstrates your commitment to quality and your goal of becoming CAADAC certified!

Requirements for applying for Registered Recovery Worker:

“Employers want me to be registered, but registry status with CAADAC as a Registered Recovery Worker (RRW) is more than just a requirement for the job - it’s a commitment to reaching my certification goals. Being registered with CAADAC has opened doors I never knew existed. They want me to succeed as much as I do!”
►Completed RRW Application
►Signed RRW Code of Ethics/Conduct
►Signed RRW Scope of Practice
►Employment verification letter or you must attest to the fact that you are not currently working but are seeking employment in the field of alcohol/drug counseling
►Payment of registration fee ($40.00)
►Please note Registry status is allowed for a period of 5 years only. Each RS/RRW must become certified five years from the date of initial RS/RRW application as per the Department of Alcohol and Drug Administration.
